Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Bethel Ventures LLC, doing business as Summit House Publishers (“we”), for the use of Summit Instant. By using it you agree to them. Questions: newpastorlan@gmail.com.

Your books are yours

You keep every right to what you write and upload. You give us only the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to publish what you upload, including any images, quotations and Scripture translations, within their copyright terms.

Payments

• Per-book plans are one-time payments that unlock that book’s files, and re-exporting the same book is included for life. Moving a book to a higher plan costs the difference.
• Unlimited is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Unlimited until the end of the period you paid for. The AI copyedit on Unlimited is limited to 100,000 words a month or 500,000 a year.
• If something we made doesn’t work and we can’t fix it, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund you.

What we provide

Summit Instant prepares files to the published requirements of Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Lulu, Barnes & Noble Press and Draft2Digital, and checks them before you upload. Those platforms make their own decisions and may change their requirements; always review their previewer and proof before you publish. The AI copyedit makes suggestions only: you decide what to accept, and you remain responsible for your book’s content.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Summit Instant to publish material you don’t have the rights to, or that is unlawful, or to try to get around payments or harm the service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.
