Summit Instant

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

Summit Instant is operated by Bethel Ventures LLC, doing business as Summit House Publishers, 2324 W Touhy Ave, Chicago, IL 60645 (“we”). It turns a manuscript into print and ebook files. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and your choices. Questions: newpastorlan@gmail.com.

What we collect

How your manuscript is handled

Your book is laid out in your own browser: the typesetting, PDFs, covers and ebooks are made on your computer. If you use the AI copyedit, the text of each section is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to suggest corrections and returned to you. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms it is not used to train their models, and we never use your writing to train AI models either.

How we use it

To run your account, save your books, provide the copyedit, take payments, send sign-in codes, keep the service secure and support you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Google sign-in

If you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your name, email address and profile picture, and use them only to sign you in and show your account. Summit Instant’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Who processes data for us

How long we keep it, and deleting it

Your books stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. To close your account and delete everything, email newpastorlan@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, and we will do it within 30 days. Payment records are kept as tax law requires.

Children

Summit Instant is for people 16 and older.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
